This session increased my understanding on: a) the effects of prenatal cannabis exposure on the development and behavior of offspring; b) the implications of maternal cannabis use during pregnancy;c) what healthcare providers can do with regards to prevention efforts and addressing maternal cannabis use with their patients; and d) a brief summary of the research report: Licit and Illicit Drug Use during Pregnancy, as it relates to opioids.
This session increased my awareness and knowledge on supports that nurses' and health-care professionals can provide when working with pregnant women who use substances.
The session will have a positive impact on my work in the future.
The training session was well matched to my level of knowledge on the topic and met my learning needs.
The web-based format worked well and I would participate in future training sessions using this technology.
